Position Overview:

We’re urgently seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated mental health experience in Northern Sydney Region. This role involves assisting clients in building life skills, accessing community services, and achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to client needs
  • Assist with daily living skills, community engagement, and employment/education support
  • Provide mental health support, guiding clients toward self-sufficiency
  • Support clients with social activities, transport, and personal care as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Cert III/IV in Mental Health or related field (or relevant experience)
  • Experience: Background in Mental health or Disability

  • National Police Check
  • NSW Drivers License
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance and Registration details
  • First Aid and CPR Training
  • Passport or Evidence of your work rights in Australia (if applicable)
