Connect Children and Families is a not-for-profit organisation working across the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury, and Western Sydney. We support children’s learning, wellbeing, and safety by helping families access the services they need.

Bunya Early Childhood Centre in Winmalee has a proud reputation for partnering with families and delivering high-quality early learning. We have recently expanded and are excited to grow our team. Surrounded by the beautiful Blue Mountains and just a short drive from Penrith, Bunya ECC offers a nurturing, inspiring environment for both children and educators.

Possum Patch Early Childhood Centre in Mount Victoria is a 24 place long day care centre serving the Mount Victoria, Hartley, Mt Wilson and Blackheath communities. It operates out of the original sandstone Mount Victoria schoolhouse, co-located with Mount Victoria Public School.

The Opportunity

We have 2 x full-time Certificate III Traineeships available, one at each centre – a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about starting a rewarding career in early childhood education.

You’ll gain real, practical experience while studying toward a nationally recognised qualification, all with the guidance of our experienced educators and Practice Mentors. We offer a collaborative, values-driven environment where your growth is supported every step of the way.
