Currently distributing Hydro Flask, OOFOS, Cotopaxi, Rumpl, Noc’s Provisions and Allbirds in Australia and New Zealand and managing the international business for OOFOS and Feetures.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representative to manage and grow our Queensland customer base across our portfolio of brands. This individual will be responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships, driving wholesale sales, and ensuring our brands are effectively represented in-store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Brand Development
- Manage and grow sales across the Queensland territory across all Compendium Group brands.
- Identify new retail opportunities and expand customer base in alignment with brand strategies.
- Deliver seasonal sell-in presentations and in-season support to independent and key accounts.
- Achieve or exceed wholesale sales targets and KPIs.
- Foster strong relationships with retailers and build trust as a valued brand partner.
- Regularly visit store partners and assess merchandising execution, inventory levels, and sell-through performance.
Account Management
- Act as the first point of contact for Queensland-based accounts, ensuring timely responses to queries and order issues.
- Support the order process with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide product and merchandising training to retail staff.
- Collate and communicate customer feedback and market trends to internal stakeholders.
Trade Marketing & Merchandising
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to execute impactful in-store activations and visual merchandising.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver brand campaigns and B2B communications.
- Leverage POS and in-store materials to support brand visibility and sell-through.
- Monitor placement of SIS (shop-in-shop) and fixture opportunities across key doors.
- Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Provide regular territory updates, feedback, and reporting to Sales Lead.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve delivery, stock, or ordering issues promptly.
- Participate in brand planning sessions and seasonal sales meetings.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years experience in sales, account management, or field rep role—preferably within lifestyle, sporting, footwear or apparel categories.
- Familiarity with the Queensland retail landscape, especially independent and specialty retailers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, digital ordering platforms, and reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
