We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and demand planning as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have some experience in operations and demand planning, with the ability to improve efficiencies through analysing data and process and support our operational lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Stock Management

• Manage and optimize supply chain operations for seamless procurement and distribution.

• Create purchase orders (POs) on time and link freight POs to track costs.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply chain transactions (e.g., shipping reports, ATS lists, payments).

• Analyse purchasing trends to optimize procurement strategies.

• Verify order confirmations and invoices for cost and delivery accuracy.

• Develop proficiency in ERP systems (Cin7) and other relevant tools.

• Coordinate supplier and freight forwarder payments with accounts to ensure timely processing.

2. Demand Forecasting & Planning

• Support demand forecasting and align supply chain activities with business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and mitigate supply disruptions.

3. Inventory & Stock Reconciliation

• Manage the stock receival process and address stock variances with suppliers and warehouses.

• Conduct stock reconciliations and adjustments across multiple warehouses (WHs) and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

• Oversee replenishment management for brick-and-mortar (B&M) stores.

4. Supplier & Performance Management

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

• Analyse logistics and supply chain data to generate performance reports on costs and supplier reliability.

Logistics Management Responsibilities

5. Logistics Operations & Transportation

• Manage relationships with transport carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Obtain and compare freight quotes from multiple freight forwarders to optimize shipping schedules, costs, and delivery routes.

• Organize shipment pick-ups based on cost and lead time.

• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to meet business needs.

• Troubleshoot logistics issues to prevent disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.

• Communicate shipment status and stock-on-hand (SOH) alignment with internal teams and 3PL partners in Australia and New Zealand.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain & Logistics Expertise – Procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution.

• ERP & Inventory Systems – Experience with Cin7 or similar ERP platforms.

• Freight & Logistics Management – Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping costs, and optimizing delivery routes.

• Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely stock replenishment.

• Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for stock reconciliation and forecasting.

o Data Management: Sorting, Filtering, Conditional Formatting

o Key Functions: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF

o Analysis & Reporting: Pivot Tables, Charts,

o (Bonus): Macros/VBA for automation/ Power Query

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail – Managing supply chain disruptions and ensuring accuracy in orders and invoices.

• Communication & Negotiation – Strong collaboration with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams.

• Time Management & Multitasking – Handling multiple shipments, suppliers, and inventory across regions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Education – Degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.

• Industry Experience – 2–5 years in apparel, footwear, or retail distribution.

• Technical Proficiency – Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting tools.
