The group is seeking an
experienced and innovative Junio Digital Marketing Coordinator to
manage our back-end digital function across all the brands
distributed in Australia & New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in digital marketing, with the ability to
conceptualize and execute integrated digital campaigns. As a key
player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving brand
awareness, engagement, and conversion through
effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Brand Support
This role provides hands-on digital support across
Compendium’s brand portfolio, working across both back-end digital operations
and front-end execution to support campaign delivery, product launches, and
brand storytelling across digital channels.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating EDM,
web, and social media asset scheduling across multiple brands
Supporting the
setup, build, and management of email campaigns, web assets, and on-site
content
Assisting with
social media coordination, including briefing creative assets, scheduling
content, and supporting campaign rollouts across platforms
Managing back-end
eCommerce support, including:
Product setup and
ongoing product data maintenance
Merchandising
updates and collection builds
Regular website
audits to improve UX and customer journey
Providing front-end
digital support, including:
Designing digital
assets
Creating web
banners and promotional assets
Supporting campaign
creative across email, website, and social channels
Collaborating with
internal teams to gather creative assets, product information, and
campaign inputs
Working closely with
the operations team to align product launches, deliveries, and stock
availability, including resolving any product or inventory syncing issues
Assisting with
content briefing and coordination across internal teams and external
partners to ensure timely campaign delivery
Reporting, Data & Insights (Entry-Level)
This role also supports the development of digital
performance reporting and insights, helping drive data-informed decision-making
across DTC channels.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting analysis
of sales performance, campaign results, and customer behaviour
Assisting in the
production of weekly and monthly digital performance reports
Tracking key
webstore, email, and social media performance metrics
Monitoring campaign
outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion,
and customer experience
Contributing
insights that inform future campaigns, UX improvements, and digital
channel strategy
Experience & Qualifications
Qualification in
Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work
experience
Interest and
experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or retail
Demonstrated
proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Strong understanding
of digital marketing analytics and reporting techniques
Excellent written
communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand
voice
Experience with
content creation and basic graphic design, using tools such as Canva,
Figma, Adobe, or similar
Familiarity with
social media platforms and content scheduling tools
Strong
organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of
e-commerce platforms and CRM systems preferred
