Firehouse Subs is coming to Westfield Mt Gravatt and we’re building an energetic team to help launch one of the world’s most exciting restaurant brands in Australia! As a Team Member with Firehouse Subs, you’ll help bring our exciting new brand to life while delivering amazing customer experiences every day! You’ll work in a fast-paced, energetic environment preparing quality food, serving customers, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly. Perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow with a brand-new restaurant launch.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver friendly, energetic customer service that keeps guests coming back
- Prepare and serve high-quality food to brand standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to keep service running smoothly
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organised restaurant environment
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Support opening, closing and day-to-day restaurant operations
- Bring positive energy, teamwork and a can-do attitude to every shift
What You’ll Bring:
- A can-do attitude
- Café/Hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills
- High energy & a positive outlook
- Availability to work between the hours of 9am and 6pm (as late as 9pm on Thursday late night trading)
- Excellent customer service and presentation
