We are seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to lead training, education and compliance across high intensity supports within our disability services team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and supporting employees to deliver safe, high-quality participant care. You will coordinate training, review care plans, build workforce capability, and ensure best-practice service delivery aligned with NDIS standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver education and practical training to support staff
  • Coordinate all high intensity support training needs
  • Review participant care plans and train staff on implementation
  • Collaborate with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
  • Develop evidence-based learning materials and workshops
  • Support compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
  • Mentor employees to build confidence, competence and performance
  • Promote continuous improvement, safety and quality outcomes

About You

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in education, mentoring or workforce development
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and safe practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in disability, aged care or community services highly regarded
  • Understanding of NDIS High Intensity Supports desirable
