Community First Development is a First Nations’ organisation that works with communities to deliver meaningful change through projects that strengthen health, education, culture, and economic outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow partnerships nationally and internationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with philanthropic partners, high-net-worth individuals, and organisations across Australia and internationally.
- Work closely with the CEO, Board, and Executive team to strengthen engagement with stakeholders.
- Develop engaging presentations, communications, and funding proposals.
- Manage budgets, safeguard the organisation’s brand, and ensure effective program delivery.
CORE CRITERIA
- Minimum five years’ experience in relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong cultural competency with demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven record in project management, CRM use, and strategic partnership development.
- Qualifications in communications, marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience are desirable.
This is an identified Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander position.
