CommBox is looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Account Manager – Victoria to help bring the new CommBox Melbourne Experience Centre in Brunswick to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, technology, customer experiences and building strong commercial relationships.
You will host resellers, partners and end-user customers in a premium showroom environment where they can experience CommBox products first-hand. You will demonstrate solutions, create memorable customer visits, build trusted relationships and help turn conversations into sales opportunities.
This is not a desk-only account management role. You will be at the centre of customer engagement in Victoria.
What you will do
You will:
- Host resellers, partners and customers at the CommBox Melbourne Experience Centre.
- Demonstrate CommBox interactive and commercial display solutions.
- Build strong relationships with Victorian resellers, partners and end-user customers.
- Create a polished, professional and engaging showroom experience.
- Run customer briefings, reseller sessions, lunch-and-learns and product demonstrations.
- Identify and progress new sales opportunities.
- Support resellers so they can confidently position CommBox to their customers.
- Follow up after visits and events to keep opportunities moving.
- Manage account activity, pipeline and customer information in the CRM.
- Represent CommBox at customer meetings, reseller events and industry activities.

You will work from a new, purpose-built CommBox Experience Centre, meet a wide range of customers, showcase innovative technology and help resellers and end users understand what CommBox can do for their classrooms, workplaces and commercial environments. You are confident, commercial and easy to connect with. You enjoy hosting customers, presenting technology and building relationships that lead to real business outcomes.
You will bring:
- Experience in account management, business development, channel sales or technology sales, preferably in AV.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Confidence presenting and demonstrating products.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- Good commercial judgement and follow-up discipline.
- Experience using a CRM to manage accounts and opportunities.
- Strong organisation skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Experience in AV, education technology, interactive displays, commercial displays, digital signage, unified communications or reseller/channel sales is highly valued.

Location
This role is based at the CommBox Melbourne Experience Centre in Brunswick, with regular travel across Victoria for customer meetings, reseller engagement and events.
