Position available:
*Residential Property Manager
To be successful, you will ideally demonstrate:
- *Prior Property Management experience.
- *Current Property Management registration is preferred but not essential.
- *Current driver’s licence.
- *Finely tuned negotiation and marketing skills.
- *Corporate presentation.
- *An eye for attention to detail.
- *Organised, dependable and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.
- *Ability to be a self starter and work autonomously.
- *Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no weekends required
