Coastal Dental Care Runaway Bay is co-owned and managed by our principal Dentist, Dr Will Dear. With the help of a very collaborative Practice Support team, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. Our practice boasts a fresh feel throughout in a standout position at Runaway Bay Centre, providing an environment for you to deliver exceptional support and build long-lasting patient relationships!

The Role

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. We have availability for Full Time or Casual employment options to suit, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts across the group if desired – supporting a healthy work–life balance.

About You

You will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and care, and you will have:

• Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience (essential)
• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, and Dental 4 Windows experience is an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding & knowledge of infection control
• A confident and energetic approach to work, with the ability to build trusting relationships with your patients
• A passion to deliver the best patient care for our growing patient base
