The Role
Join the vibrant team at Coastal Dental Care Cabarita! We have availability for Full Time or Casual employment options to suit, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts across the group if desired – supporting a healthy work–life balance.

This role also requires the ability to confidently jump in and cover reception as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and the team.
About You
You’ll be an integral part of our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive outstanding care. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (essential), including chair-side support, sterilisation and ideally reception experience. We’re also open to training the right candidate.
- Confidence and flexibility to step into reception and provide front desk support when required.
- Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software (essential).
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail, especially with infection control.
- A confident, energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients.
- Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
