Join Our Specialist Team!
Join our Tugun-based specialist practice as a Full-Time 2IC Practice Manager and take your career to the next level. In this role, you’ll help ensure the practice runs smoothly, step in where needed, and play a key part in delivering exceptional patient experiences and fostering team engagement. You’ll support both patients and clinicians with a warm, approachable, and professional attitude.
You’ll be working alongside a fantastic team of dental assistants, receptionists, and specialists who are passionate about creating beautiful smiles. This role also offers a great opportunity to expand your skill set through cross-training with clinicians. About You
You are a motivated and capable dental professional who enjoys supporting both people and processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident stepping into a leadership
role when needed.
You will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental practice, including reception experience and working knowledge of D4W software
- Exposure to team leadership, mentoring, or acting-in-charge responsibilities
- A strong understanding of infection control standards and compliance
- A confident, positive, and approachable communication style
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- Strong communication, customer service and phone skills
- Certification III in Dental Assisting (desirable)
- Computer skills including Office 365
- Current Drivers license and reliable vehicle
