Join Our Specialist Team!

Join our Tugun-based specialist practice as a Full-Time 2IC Practice Manager and take your career to the next level. In this role, you’ll help ensure the practice runs smoothly, step in where needed, and play a key part in delivering exceptional patient experiences and fostering team engagement. You’ll support both patients and clinicians with a warm, approachable, and professional attitude.

You’ll be working alongside a fantastic team of dental assistants, receptionists, and specialists who are passionate about creating beautiful smiles. This role also offers a great opportunity to expand your skill set through cross-training with clinicians. About You

You are a motivated and capable dental professional who enjoys supporting both people and processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident stepping into a leadership role when needed.

You will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental practice, including reception experience and working knowledge of D4W software
  • Exposure to team leadership, mentoring, or acting-in-charge responsibilities
  • A strong understanding of infection control standards and compliance
  • A confident, positive, and approachable communication style
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong communication, customer service and phone skills
  • Certification III in Dental Assisting (desirable)
  • Computer skills including Office 365
  • Current Drivers license and reliable vehicle
