You’ll play a critical role in driving insights and innovative solutions for both CoAct and our external clients through our Altivio arm, helping shape smarter decisions, enhance services, and build stronger communities.
Exploring the Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be the go-to for extracting and translating complex data into clear insights that support our programs and partners. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver reporting, analytics, and strategy that makes a tangible impact.
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and define business needs and reporting and analytical requirements
- Extracting data and presenting to internal and external stakeholders with impact
- Delivering meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Developing project plans, timelines, and manage deliverables end-to-end and to schedule
- Troubleshoot and support solutions post-implementation
- Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
- Upholding best-practice reporting and analytical methodologies
Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in SQL, HTML, and working with databases
- Familiarity with data visualisation and BI tools (MODE, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience dealing with external stakeholders
- Sound understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
- Skilled in solving problems and creating sustainable workarounds
- Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive communicator
Location: This is a work-from-home role, with occasional visits to our Stones Corner office when required.
