Club Marconi is known as the sports and entertainment hub for the local area in Western Sydney (Bossley Park). The club has over 55,000 members and brings a multitude of cultures together under the one roof.

This is a full-time position which incorporates human resources generalist functions, payroll, administration and reporting.

Your role will include both HR and Payroll Responsibilities:

• Process the staff payroll (Employment Hero) on a weekly basis.

• Perform HR generalist duties including onboarding, training admin, recruitment, induction, WGEA reporting and more.

• Carry out all the necessary administration for all new and current personnel.

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the EH program and data.

• Maintain EH Work App and Kiosk system.

• Maintain all company pay and employee information:

  • PAYG
  • Payroll tax
  • Payroll deductions
  • Payment to employees
  • Payment Summaries and Year End Reconciliation.
  • Balance to General Ledger on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Superannuation management.

• Enter weekly journals for Finance

• Provide the Human Resource Manager and GCFO with accurate and timely information when and where required.

• Provide weekly electronic wage report to ATO through single touch payroll system.

• Reconciliation of reports.

• Calculation and processing leave and reimbursements.

You must have accounting skills and be a Permanent Australian resident.
