About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Member Services Manager to support operations across our Sydney CBD locations. This role is the key support to the Head of Sales & Operations for Sydney and is responsible for delivering exceptional member service, team leadership, and location performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with office and virtual members, focusing on retention, service quality, and growth.
  • Lead and develop the Member Services team across multiple sites.
  • Ensure consistent service standards, communication, and operational delivery.
  • Oversee reception, call‑answering, meeting rooms, facilities, and day‑to‑day member support.
  • Support accuracy in billing, revenue capture, and monthly invoice reviews.
  • Partner with Sales on occupancy, CRM upkeep, and member retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Member Services to deliver member events.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in location management (coworking, serviced offices, hospitality, serviced apartments, or similar).
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability, attention to detail, and a proactive, member-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi site environment.
