What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced In-House Solicitor to provide legal support across debt recovery, contract management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. This newly established role allows you to contribute to key business decisions and risk management. Whilst we are hoping to find someone on a full time basis who can hit the ground running, we would be open to considering a part time or flexible arrangement for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing legal support and advice across debt recovery, contract law, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing contracts and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handling disputes and working closely with stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
- Offering practical, commercially aware legal advice to support business growth and strategy.
- Working autonomously while collaborating with teams across the business.
What you need:
- Hold an Open Practising Certificate in QLD.
- Experience in debt recovery, contract law, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical and timely legal advice.
- Confident working autonomously and with stakeholders across the business.
