CitySoft is Australia’s No.1 Sage ERP X3 consulting firm in terms of size and experience. Our Sage X3 ERP practice continues to grow through acquisitions (Net new names), inbound business partner transfers and on-going client investment in Sage X3 ERP with CitySoft.
You’ll be working alongside solution architects, project managers, and product experts in both functional and technical disciplines. As suppliers of business system solutions, built on the Sage X3 ERP platform, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your consulting skills and competencies with CitySoft.
You’ll contribute to designing, managing and delivering high quality ERP project outcomes for our clients. You’ll be called upon to analyse and simplify complex client requirements and to help clients obtain valuable business intelligence from Sage X3 ERP and their various business systems in use.
Valued skills include:
- Business Process Analysis: The ability to collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend best practices for maximum business efficiency and productivity.
- Implementation and Configuration: Configure and customize Sage X3 ERP to satisfy the agreed solution design.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Functionally design and test customised client solutions. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets business requirements and quality standards. Identify and resolve any issues identified during a project.
- UAT & Training: Provide UAT assistance and training services tailored to the client’s unique set up of Sage X3 ERP.
- Project Go Live preparation and Go-live assistance
- Post Project support: From time to time, assist CitySoft’s support desk deliver fixes, solutions and advice to clients.
- On-going client engagement: Proactively engage with clients including suggesting system improvements, and extensions.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate a propensity to maintain vendor certifications and to stay up to date on the latest Sage X3 ERP updates, and industry best practices.
- Team Player: An ability to work closely with colleagues to achieve a common goal.
- Design Reports and Business Forms: Scope & design custom forms and reports for clients.
Experience working as a Sage X3 ERP consultant is mandatory and will be rewarded.
