The opportunity

Reporting directly to R&D Engineer, you will be a key contributor to support our

insights and analytics platform, defining and documenting important metrics,

from customerʼs behaviours to financial data that would influence business and

ML Model decisions. Working closely with Ops, Legals and Growth, your role

will involve aligning multiple moving data warehouses, analytics and shared

data to align and drive the company’s strategic objectives and deliver curated

customerʼs experience.

We use common data platform design that is valued across all tech industry

that follow best-practices and prioritise development of models, insights that

follow text-book data life-cycle development. We are processing 10TB daily and

moving to hundreds. If dealing problem effective at scale is what you interest

in.

Key responsibilities

  • Financial transaction data and system analysis: Work on understanding how financial transactions are processed and shared between different partners to understand what insights drive growth, what events matters to operations and what anomalies worry Legal.
  • Report for internal and external stakeholders: Good communications skill and translating from stakeholderʼs need to technical requirements and xecute on delivering dashboards and reports that are relevant, easy to use, that contributes to the overall business knowledge and understanding.
  • Develop and maintain data dictionary and metrics: With the Data Scientists and Engineers, develop template, DevOps practices and reusability. Thinking around how to write scripts that are reusable, functional and modular across different section of the business. Pulling data and transform high quality data sources ABS, Census data) and integrate to existing databases.

  • Data platform/pipelines: Airflow, DBT, Databricks, Snowflake
  • Cloud familiarity: GCP, AWS, Azure
  • DBMS Relational database system, Delta lake, Spark SQL, Mongo DB,
  • No SQL, etc…
  • Reporting: PowerBI, AI/BI ML
  • LLM Hugging face, langchain, mlflow, MCP architecture, Copilot Studio,
  • AWS Bedrock
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
  • product and design to implement the product roadmap.
  • Degrees that are helpful but not required: Computer Sciences, IT,
