At the Coogee Bay Hotel, we are passionate about delivering extraordinary guest experiences and we’re on the lookout for Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions.
About the role:
- Deliver extraordinary guest experiences with a smile
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the floor
- Complete shift checklists and keep everything running smoothly
- Comply with RSA regulations to keep service safe and fun
About You:
- Bright, engaging personality and a passion for hospitality
- Available 20–40 hours per week, including weekends and New Year’s Eve
- Team player with flexibility for a seven-day rotating roster
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple guests while keeping your cool under pressure
- 1 year of hospitality experience preferred (but we value attitude just as much!)
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required
