At the Coogee Bay Hotel, we are passionate about delivering extraordinary guest experiences and we’re on the lookout for a Cocktail Bartender to join our team and deliver unforgettable guest experiences across our bars, dining spaces, and functions.
About the role:
- Deliver an unforgettable guest experience, every shift
- Prepare and mix both traditional favourites and sophisticated cocktails
- Keep the bar sparkling with top-notch cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replenish bar inventory and supplies so we’re always ready to roll
- Follow RSA regulations and ensure a safe, fun environment
About You:
- Able to work across a seven-day rotating roster (including New Year’s Eve)
- Solid product knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail basics
- Driven to deliver high standards in every drink and every detail
- Sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Skilled at juggling multiple guests with ease
- 1+ year of bartending experience preferred
- Positive work ethic and team player vibes
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required
