About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordination Team Lead (Level 2 & 3) to oversee the delivery of high-quality, participant-centred services. In this role, you will lead a team of support coordinators, manage complex participant cases, and ensure compliance with NDIS standards. Your focus will be on empowering participants, coordinating services, and fostering a collaborative, team-based approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Level 2 & 3 support coordinators
  • Promote a collaborative, solution-focused team culture
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance on complex participant cases
  • Facilitate team meetings and professional development opportunities

Service Coordination & Oversight

  • Manage daily operations of NDIS Support Coordination services
  • Oversee participant assessments, care planning, and referral responses
  • Ensure participant plans are implemented effectively and in line with NDIS goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and reporting

Participant Support & Advocacy

  • Partner with participants to understand their needs and develop tailored action plans
  • Advocate for participant rights, choice, and decision-making control
  • Support participants to build independence and social inclusion

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure team adherence to NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
  • Review and monitor plan budgets, service agreements, and expenditure
  • Identify areas for service improvement and implement best practices

About You

  • Minimum Level 2 & 3 NDIS Support Coordination experience
  • Proven leadership or team lead experience
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks, plan management, and legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage complex cases while leading a small team
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and reporting skills
  • Passion for supporting participants and promoting independence

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (Blue/WWCC)
  • Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Right to work in Australia
