About Child Australia

Child Australia is a leading not-for-profit organisation operating across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, dedicated to improving outcomes for children, families and communities. We work collaboratively to raise the quality of education and care during the most crucial years of a child’s life.

Our mission is to build the capability and confidence of those who shape children’s learning. Through tailored mentoring, professional development, and strategic support, we help early childhood organisations thrive, from brand new services to well-established centres seeking innovation.

About the Role

  • Identify opportunities for new projects and partnerships that strengthen sector capacity.

About You

You’re an inspiring leader who combines deep sector knowledge with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a knack for connecting with people, a love of travel, and a genuine passion for helping others grow.

You’ll bring:

  • An approved Early Childhood qualification (as recognised by ACECQA).
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
