THE GIG:
Thrills is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Support Office. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and
optimising digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across online channels. This role will work closely with internal marketing, content, and creative teams, and will manage relationships with external digital agencies to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives,
including campaign planning and audience targeting. Manage and optimise paid
digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, working
closely with external agencies.
- Drive organic growth through SEO initiatives, including keyword analysis, content
optimisation, and performance monitoring.
- Enhance website performance and conversion rates through user experience improvements and CRO strategies.
- Analyse marketing performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular insights and
recommendations to improve results.
- Stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy and
positioning.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 – 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data insights to inform marketing
strategies and optimisation.
- Experience working with or managing external digital marketing agencies and collaborating with internal creative and content teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, website
performance, and conversion rate optimisation.
