$45–$52 per hour + Super (Based on Experience)
Full Time | Senior Leadership Role | Operational Ownership
Allied Dental is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Practice Manager to lead our Innaloo clinic.
This is not a traditional front-desk management role.
This is a business leadership position with real operational ownership.
We are looking for someone confident stepping into a complex environment, strengthening culture, improving performance, and taking accountability for the operational success of the practice.
If you understand the commercial side of healthcare, can translate financial data into action, and are comfortable leading both people and performance, this is an exceptional opportunity.

The Opportunity
As Practice Manager, you will:
• Take ownership of daily operations and overall practice performance
• Partner closely with the Principal Dentist and senior leadership
• Interpret financial performance and drive improvement strategies
• Strengthen team culture, accountability and communication
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Lead performance conversations with clarity and confidence
• Operate with autonomy while remaining aligned to group strategy

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Within your first three months, you will be expected to:
• Establish confident operational leadership presence
• Demonstrate understanding of key financial drivers
• Improve workflow consistency and team accountability
• Identify performance opportunities and begin implementing solutions
• Build trust with clinicians, support staff and stakeholders
• Provide clear performance insights and updates
You won’t be expected to know everything immediately — but you will be expected to take ownership quickly.

Practice Performance & Growth
• Improving treatment acceptance and chair utilisation
• Supporting sustainable revenue growth
• Identifying operational and commercial opportunities
Financial Stewardship
• Understanding and contributing to monthly P&L performance
• Managing labour, consumables and operational costs responsibly
• Protecting profitability while maintaining patient experience
Patient Flow & Experience
• Strengthening recall, rebooking and patient retention
• Reducing inefficiencies and improving patient journey
• Maintaining smooth day-to-day operational flow
Governance & Leadership Communication
• Delivering clear reporting and operational insights
• Escalating issues constructively with solutions
• Maintaining strong stakeholder communication

• Senior management experience within dental, medical or healthcare environments
• Demonstrated financial awareness and KPI accountability

• Confidence working with clinicians and business stakeholders
Highly regarded:
• Multi-site healthcare experience
• Business, management or financial training
• Experience with dental practice management systems
