Allied Dental is a growing network of premium private dental practices across Perth, built around clinical excellence and a genuine commitment to patient outcomes. We’re expanding our OHT model across the network and are looking for our next intake of experienced Oral Health Therapists to join us.

The Role
You’ll be working at your full OHT scope, confidently managing your own adult and mixed-age hygiene patients in a private practice environment. You’ll run your chair autonomously, supported by a collaborative clinical team.
As our OHT model matures and books fill, we’ll be introducing Hygiene Coordinator support to streamline patient flow — so you can focus entirely on clinical care. We’re building the infrastructure around our practitioners, not the other way around.
High performers will have access to a future commission or production top-up structure, because we believe OHTs who deliver exceptional clinical care should be rewarded for it.

Who We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced OHT who has worked in private practice and is genuinely comfortable with your adult scope. You work efficiently, take ownership of your chair, and you’re motivated by the idea of being rewarded when you perform well.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
– Have 2+ years of private practice experience post-graduation
– Are confident treating adult patients across your full OHT scope
– Work independently and take pride in a smooth, productive schedule
– Are open to — or genuinely excited about — performance-based pay structures
– Want to grow clinically within a network that’s investing in practitioner development
