About the Role
This is a hands-on Dental Assistant role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the clinic running smoothly. From chairside assisting to supporting patient flow and lab work, you’ll be involved across the full patient journey.
The role follows clear clinical protocols, infection control standards, and structured workflows designed to support both patient care and team efficiency. A detailed position description is available during the application process.
Key Responsibilities
• Chairside assisting across general dentistry and other procedures
• Preparing and resetting treatment rooms efficiently
• Sterilisation and infection control (consistency and attention to detail essential)
• Supporting stock control and clinic organisation
• Taking dental radiographs where qualified
• Assisting with laboratory work
• Supporting reception when needed
• Contributing to a positive, team-first clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
• Dental Assisting experience preferred (trainees welcome with the right attitude)
• Cert III in Dental Assisting (completed or in progress) advantageous
• Strong attention to detail, especially with sterilisation and lab work
• Calm, caring chairside manner
• Reliable, proactive team player
• Available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday with occasional Saturdays

Remuneration
Competitive hourly rate ($32–$37/hr depending on experience and qualifications)
Competitive weekend rate
