Senior HR Advisor

Location: Southampton (occasional travel across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset where required for HR cases)

Employment: Full-time

Hybrid: Minimum of 50% working hours to be spent in the office

Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending upon experience

About the role

The Senior HR Advisor will work as an integral part of the HR Team with specific responsibility for leading on the Employee Relations cases and Change Management process (TUPE, Redundancy/Redeployment). In addition, they will have delegated HR responsibility and peer support for the HR Advisor where complexity or volume of caseload dictates.

The Senior HR Advisor will ensure effective first line HR support providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle linking with colleagues in other departments within Company policies and procedures, ensuring managers comply with all legal requirements and make fair and equitable decisions.

The Senior HR Advisor will be expected to travel across all areas of the business, engaging with team members and managers and respond verbally, in writing and on a face-to-face basis in a timely manner.

This role is essential in driving HR workstreams and will lead on HR projects as specified by the HR Business Partner.
