About the Role

You’ll play an important part in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children before and after school, as well as during vacation care.

As an OOSH Educator, you will:

Bring fun to life through creative, engaging activities

Support and supervise children during play and learning

Build warm, positive relationships with children and families

Help maintain a safe, clean, well-organised environment

As a Team Leader, you will:

Guide and support a dedicated team of educators

Assist with rostering, compliance, and program planning

Foster an inclusive, fun and inspiring learning culture

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll shine in this role if you’re someone who is:

A strong communicator and team player

Passionate about working with children

Full of ideas, energy, and a love for planning activities

Committed to child safety and wellbeing

Requirements

No formal qualifications required (OOSH/Early Childhood qualifications are a bonus!)

Working with Children Check – mandatory

Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) – mandatory

Experience working with children – desirable

CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk – desirable
