Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services supplies high-quality, certified equipment solutions to the mining, energy, industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Our range includes power generation, pumps, winches, lifting equipment, specialist lifting and inspection services.

The Role

We are seeking a full-time Operations Administrator to join our Inspection Division. Based at our Welshpool HQ, this role plays a key part in supporting daily operations across Western Australia and the Norther Territory. You will support field inspectors, coordinate operational activity, manage documentation, and help streamline workflows 

What you’ll do

  • Maintained and organised company records, databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across systems.
  • Collaborated with internal departments to support the timely execution of jobs, projects, and operational tasks.
  • Assisted management by preparing reports and maintaining tools that provide operational visibility and performance tracking.
  • Communicated professionally with clients, vendors, and service providers to support business relationships and service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, travel arrangements and job bookings for staff and clients.
  • Identified and resolved administrative issues, implementing practical solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Contributed to process improvements and supported the implementation of operational best practices.
  • Ensured compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Oversaw purchasing activities and stock control, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Performed accurate data entry and maintained system integrity across administrative platforms.
  • Process quotes, invoices, job packs and deliverables in line with company procedures.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in office and administrative software, including Microsoft Office and relevant databases.
  • High level of accuracy in record keeping, reporting, documentation management, and compliance tasks.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing daily job requirements and shifting operational priorities.
  • Positive and professional attitude, supporting business needs, field inspectors, and operational teams.
  • Ability to provide reliable administrative and operational support to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Valid C-Class Drive’s licence, National Police Clearance (within 6 months), and full Australian work rights.
