The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Support Officer to join our Inspection Division. Based at our Welshpool HQ, this role plays a key part in supporting daily operations across Western Australia and the Norther Territory. You will support field inspectors, coordinate operational activity, manage documentation, and help streamline workflows 

What you’ll do

  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to maintain smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain and organise company records, databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate jobs, tasks, and project workflows across WA, Northern Operations, and APAC activities.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, internal teams, and service providers.
  • Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and job bookings for staff and clients — including support for Northern and APAC travel.
  • Troubleshoot administrative issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Support ongoing operational improvements and cross‑regional best‑practice initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and system integrity across all platforms.
  • Process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, job packs, and deliverables in alignment with company processes.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, or coordination roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • High accuracy in reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple regions.
  • Adaptability to shifting operational demands as the division expands.
  • Positive and professional attitude with strong customer-service mindset.
  • Business administration or related qualification (desirable).
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Valid C-Class Drive’s licence, National Police Clearance (within 6 months), and full Australian work rights.
