Description

Central Coast Leagues Club (CCLC) is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team. This position will report to Kitchen Managers. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes

  • Monitoring and maintaining the highest food quality

  • Maintaining cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen

  • Working effectively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operation and timely service.

What we’re looking for

  • Cookery qualification (Cert III or Cert IV)

  • Good availability across business hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • A passion for creating delicious, high-quality food

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

  • Salary Range: 68k-78k depending on experience.
