Description

CBC Group is excited to offer a great opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing Melbourne team, based in our office in Keilor Park. In this role, you’ll support our hospitality client and play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly.

About the role:

Reporting to the Account Manager, you’ll work closely with a team of trades and administrators to manage high-volume administration and coordination. Your focus will be ensuring work requests are tracked, allocated, and maintained efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the CMMS system

• Review and cross-check information for accuracy

• Allocate work to contractors across trades (Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, etc.)

• Ensure asset registers comply with safety regulations and industry standards

• Manage contract documentation and assist with reporting milestones

• Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings

• Provide regular updates to contractors

About You

We’re looking for someone with a strong drive for success and previous experience in a similar role and who is.

• Highly detail-oriented and takes pride in their work

• Experienced in high volume administration with strong attention to detail

• Experience in Facilities or Construction Industry (highly advantageous)

• A resourceful team player who can also work independently and use initiative

• Skilled in administration with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project

• Excellent in interpersonal and organisational skills

Requirements

• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
