Description

We need a Superstar Service Coordinator / Administrator. You will run the day-to-day coordination and administration of service jobs so technicians can stay productive on the tools and customers get fast, professional communication. You’ll own scheduling, job setup/close-out, and invoicing through ServiceM8 and Xero, keeping jobs moving and cashflow healthy. You’ll be based in our brand new Sydney CBD office with great views, built for focus and good energy: Unlimited free barista-made coffee daily Games room (table tennis, pool, golf) Chill-out area for breaks/reset Free onsite bar for after work drinks – Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinating daily schedules, prioritizing emergency jobs, and assigning the right electrician to the job based on skillset and location. – Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact to handle incoming calls, enquiries, and bookings, ensuring high customer satisfaction. – Job Management & Workflow: Creating, monitoring, and closing out service jobs in the company database. – Invoicing & Procurement: Processing invoices, progress claims, and generating purchase orders for materials. – Compliance & Safety: Managing safety documentation, such as Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and ensuring all certifications and insurances are up-to-date.
