  • Permanent Part Time 20 hours per week. Availability for rotating 6am start and 5pm finish required.
  • $34.58 – $37.73 an hour + generous salary packaging to increase your take home pay

About the Role

The Client Contact Officer will receive, assess, and respond to phone and electronic enquiries, and provide a range of supports and services to new and existing CatholicCare customers.

The primary objective of this role includes:

🔹Provide a high-quality customer centred service in a prompt and effective manner;

🔹Respond to enquiries or connect enquiries to the relevant role/team within the organisation as appropriate;

🔹Book, reschedule and cancel services/supports; and

🔹Provide and recommend information about CatholicCare services.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Availability between 6:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday

🔹 Previous experience in customer service, support, or a call centre environment

🔹 Experience in the aged care or community sector (highly regarded)

You’ll also need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Sound problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple systems while maintaining client engagement
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset
