Our Lady of Pentecost (Balwyn/Camberwell/Deepdene, Surrey Hills & Wattle Park) – is seeking a compassionate, organised, and capable Property Co-ordinator to actively provide oversight and guidance to support the Parish on various aspects of property management and liaising with the Parish Priest.
The purpose of the Property Co-ordinator is to actively take responsibility for the day-to-day co-ordination of Parish property management. In collaboration with the Parish Priest, the Parish Finance and Investment Committee is to oversee planning, development and regular maintenance for all Parish Assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property & Maintenance
- Oversee and manage the Parish’s property Assets.
- Advising parish priest and the Parish Finance and Investment Committee in overseeing, planning, development, and maintenance of all Parish Assets.
- Review all property leases; monitor for renewal, market rental reviews etc.
- Assist with the ongoing property maintenance of all parish facilities.
- Liaise with the tenants of the parish properties.
- Maintain Essential Services Manuals for all properties.
- Advise the parish and parish priest on property insurance matters.
- Managing the parish suppliers to ensure the ongoing functionality of the parish’s property assets.
- Other duties as directed by the Parish Priest

- Experience in Property management
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to talk to people of all ages
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Proven ability to work as part of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised.

REQUIRED
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Valid Driver Licence
- Right to Work
