ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Business Partner with a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and a strong track record of leading financial operations in complex organisational environments.

In this role, you’ll do more than manage numbers; you’ll partner with leaders, provide strategic financial insight, and help shape sustainable outcomes that directly support the communities we serve.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Hold a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have extensive experience managing financial operations and leading teams in complex organisations.
  • Display attributes of a great communicator, effective team player, and resourceful problem solver, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate practical skills with advanced finance technologies like Power BI and Pivot Tables, using these tools to drive digital transformation and strategic initiatives.
  • Have a proven record of executing key financial projects, improving team performance, and implementing innovative analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with non-financial stakeholders and influence results.
  • Show expertise in mentoring staff, building partnerships, overseeing change, and applying best practices in financial management.
  • Possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, able to multitask, and committed to professional growth and staying current with trends in digital finance and AI.

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types. We are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business. As a growing and diversifying organisation, we have approximately 650+employees working in communities across Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory.
