Casa Services , Central Australia’s leading provider with a 50-year history of supporting people with disability in Alice Springs, is seeking a passionate and motivated Support Coordinator to join our team.

As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans. You will connect people with services, build their confidence and independence, and support them to achieve meaningful outcomes in their daily lives.
This role requires strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to build trusting relationships with participants, families, and service providers. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
- Connecting participants with appropriate services and community supports
- Developing and reviewing support plans aligned to participant goals
- Monitoring progress and assisting with NDIS plan reviews
- Liaising with families, carers, providers, and community organisations
- Maintaining accurate records and case notes
- Identifying risks and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns
- Promoting independence, choice, and control
What We Are Looking For
- Qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or similar (or relevant experience)
- Experience in disability, community services, or case management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and work autonomously
- Sound computer skills and ability to use multiple systems
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
Essential Requirements
- Current Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Check
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- COVID-19 vaccination
Desirable
- Knowledge of the NDIS and Support Coordination
- Experience working with people with complex needs
- Experience working in remote or regional communities
