The Team

Led by Mark Brookes and Greg Stirling, our Brisbane Professional Liability team works across a range of complex and high-value professional indemnity, employment practices liability and D&O liability claims. The team handles claims made against professionals across all industries.

The Position

We are seeking a Solicitor with professional liability or employment experience to join the team. You will have 1+ years of post-admission experience across professional liability, personal injury or employment matters and the ability to demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to insurance.

You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and also the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
