This isn’t just a handover gig. It’s about creating joyful, memorable delivery experiences. You’ll prep, check, and present cars like they’re gifts. You’ll solve problems before they arise. You’ll make the handover process smooth, exciting, and effortless — with your signature smile and can-do attitude leading the way.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Timely Delivery Coordination: Work with respective teams to ensure every car is ready on time for delivery
  • Customer Handovers: Welcome customers with warmth, walk them through their new ride, and make the experience unforgettable
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle last-minute hiccups with calm, confidence, and creativity
  • Quality Checks: Do final inspections and documentation to make sure every vehicle meets our high standards
  • Liaise & Coordinate: Work closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to keep things running like clockwork
  • Be the Energy: Bring joy, excitement, and bubbly energy to every customer interaction — you’re the face of the final experience!

  • Comfortable talking to customers and making them feel special
  • Organized and efficient, able to juggle multiple deliveries with ease
  • Bonus points if you have experience in car handover, delivery, dealership roles, CX, or logistics
  • Available for Rotating Roster: Be open to working on a rotating shift schedule as part of a dynamic delivery operations
