About the role:

CARS24 is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us as our Remote Aftercare Sales Consultant on a casual basis, to support customers post-purchase with enhancing their car ownership experience. This is a fully remote, Work-from-Home role in which you will be helping customers select from a range of add-on products like extended warranties, servicing packages, dash cams, window tinting, and more, ensuring they get the best value and peace of mind with their car purchase.

This is a consultative sales role, where your focus will be on understanding customer needs and recommending the right aftercare solutions. You will be the go-to person for customers at this crucial stage of their car-buying journey, delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience. The role can be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, with work-from-home arrangements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in aftercare sales experience, at a dealership, or retail environments (required)
  • A passion for customer engagement and the ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be explaining product benefits clearly and confidently
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, systems, and processes
  • A team player with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and tools like Google Docs is a plus, but not required.
