The Role

Reporting to the Swim School Manager, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of our learn-to-swim program at Loganholme.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be actively involved in teaching, supporting your team and ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery.

You will work closely with the leadership team to support growth, improve processes and build a strong, positive team culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support swim teachers through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback

• Deliver and maintain high-quality lesson standards across the program

• Teach and supervise lessons, leading by example

• Support rostering, scheduling and day-to-day program operations

• Monitor performance and support team development

• Contribute to a positive, safe and high-performing team culture

• Support centre growth through strong program delivery and team engagement

• Ensure compliance with WHS, child safety and operational standards

 

About You

You are a confident and motivated leader who enjoys developing people and delivering great outcomes.

You bring:

• Experience teaching swimming and supporting swim programs

• Confidence leading or mentoring team members

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Passion for water safety and helping children succeed
