The role

Casual NDIS/Support Worker, to assist our clients with their everyday needs.

Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Sleepovers available.

Ongoing support provided, with immediate start available.

Qualifications and Experience

• Cert III in Individual Support – Disability OR willing to enroll with our training provider.
• Prior experience supporting people with intellectual impairment and physical disability and challenging behaviours.
• Effective advocacy skills that can help you focus on supporting a person’s right to make choices and decisions that directly affect their life.
• To understand the principles of community development and use inclusive initiatives that build networks of community supports and reduce social isolation.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Be up to date with vaccinations – Both Covid 19 and Flu Vaccines.
• A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
