About the Role:

  • Accountable for regional leadership across people, customer and overall business performance.
  • Accountable for regional safety performance and keeping all team members, customers and contractors safe.
  • Responsible for regional customer (insurer) engagement & reporting on all performance related matters.
  • Accountable for Regional Profitability and Operational excellence.
  • Accountable for adherence and compliance to process.
  • Responsible for the development and local training of team members within the region whilst supporting national training initiatives.
  • Support strategic sourcing and key partnership initiatives (incl parts strategy & paint programs).

About You:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
  • Clear communicator who sets direction and brings out the best in others.
  • Must have experience managing a repair business at a multi-site or regional level.
  • Sound understanding of P&L and comfortable discussing performance metrics.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft products and technology savvy.
  • Qualifications in management/leadership will be highly regarded
  • Strong planner with a drive for results and a positive, motivating attitude.
  • Trade qualifications in relevant field will be highly regarded.
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
