About the Role:

  • Deliver high quality repairs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Schedule work for the day and provide direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by when.
  • Develop a team that can perform to its optimum level, providing coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journey.
  • Ensure the correct repair processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts required.

About You:

  • Must have experience managing a an automotive repair business (collision repair experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Trade qualification in panel beating and/or spray painting highly regarded
  • A positive attitude and committed to delivering excellence + driving team success
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
