About the Role:

The Repair Centre Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing, leading and developing a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the repair shop, including workflow and ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintaining site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets.
  • Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all customers.

About You:

  • Must have experience managing an automotive repair business (collision repair experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Trade qualification in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate computer literacy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
