Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support a period of rapid growth and increased service demand.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities end-to-end, ensuring we can respond quickly to referrals and maintain staffing levels.

You will work closely with operational leaders to drive candidate pipelines, accelerate hiring timelines, and ensure new staff are onboarded efficiently and compliantly.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination:
    • Shortlisting candidates
    • Booking and coordinating interviews
    • Supporting interview processes
    • Drive high quality onboarding:
    • Conduct reference checks
    • Process compliance requirements (e.g. checks, documentation)
    • Issue contracts and track progress
    • Maintain and monitor candidate pipelines to meet staffing needs
    • Liaise with managers to
    • Align recruitment priorities
    • Ensure quality candidate selection
    • Address workforce gaps
    • Support induction coordination
    • Scheduling and tracking attendance
    • Ensure all recruitment processes are timely, organised and compliant with internal processes

Key Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding or HR coordination (ideal – not required)
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work with urgency and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in community services, disability, or trauma-informed environment (highly regarded)
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People registration (or ability to obtain).
