About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and values‑led Senior Manager, Community Options to provide strategic and operational leadership across our NDIS Community Options services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of community services, expand our impact into new areas, and lead teams to deliver meaningful, person‑centred outcomes.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will champion innovation, financial sustainability and service excellence—empowering both participants and staff to achieve their goals in a dynamic and evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across community NDIS‑funded services in a collaborative and inclusive manner
  • Embed person‑centred practice, ensuring services are designed around participant goals, strengths and aspirations
  • Lead, coach and empower senior leaders and frontline teams to deliver high‑quality, impactful services
  • Apply sound financial acumen to manage budgets, forecast performance and ensure sustainable growth
  • Identify opportunities to grow services into identified new geographic areas and communities, responding to unmet need and market opportunities
  • Ensure services are designed and delivered in a way that naturally attracts new participants, supports strong referral pathways and delivers an exceptional customer experience
  • Foster an innovative and exciting environment, introducing new programs, activities and improvements
  • Actively seek, listen to and respond to participant and stakeholder feedback, embedding continuous improvement
  • Ensure services meet NDIS Practice Standards, compliance requirements and governance expectations
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with participants, families, partners, regulators and the broader community

About You

You are a confident, empowering leader who brings:

  • Demonstrated senior management experience within community services, disability or the NDIS sector
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • A growth‑oriented, innovative mindset, with experience expanding services or entering new markets
  • Strong financial acumen, including leading budgets, service viability and performance outcomes
  • A genuine commitment to person‑centred, strengths‑based practice
  • Experience using customer insights and feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire and empower high‑performing teams
  • Strong governance, risk and compliance capability
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
