Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Site
Manager to join our growing Construction Team at Loganholme.
In this role, you will oversee the build of our customers’ homes, serving as the primary point of
contact for trades, suppliers and customers throughout the construction journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team within a

What you’ll do
- Engage with customers to build trust and rapport throughout their build
- Educate customers on the complex building process ensuring they have a clear understanding of expectations and milestones
- Maintain regular and proactive contact with customers
- Identify and resolve roadblocks in the customer journey
- Manage a portfolio of home builds
- Complete a file breakdown, reviewing the tender, contract, plans, variations, colours schedules
and details associated with the build of the customer’s home to ensure understanding of the build and clarifying any discrepancies.
- Effectively allocate trades to ensure a continuous flow of work on site, utilising the trade
allocation team where required.
- Attend regular site visits to ensure progress, and works are completed to the required quality,
codes, and timeframes
- Confirm works are ready for next trades as scheduled.
- Check works are complete and arrange timely rectification work on site as
required.
- Oversee and approve payments to suppliers and contractors to ensure budgeted
expenditure and payments made are for completed work.
- Responsible for the quality of the overall build of each site home.
- Complete all required inspections from slab through to handover, addressing any rectification works in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate to reduce customer disputes during the home-building journey.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (drafting, estimating, lifestyle studio, permits), and external stakeholders (Councils, Certifiers, consultants, demolition companies, lenders) to provide customers with updates, answer questions and resolve issues.
- Liaise with relevant departments for optimal outcomes and escalate customer
issues as needed.
