construction and property development companies, is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our high-performing team at Loganholme, QLD.
As a Sales Estimator in the Property & Housing industry, you will play a crucial role in providing
accurate cost estimates for various projects. Your expertise will support our sales team in securing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is vital for maintaining our competitive edge in the market and driving business growth.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and review accurate sales estimates and tender submissions for residential homes
- Analyse tender drawings, council requirements, BASIX, and hydraulic specifications to support
post-contract variations
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and sales to ensure seamless
workflow
- Provide timely and accurate pricing support to customer-facing staff
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and documentation
About you
- To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years of residential estimating experience
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
- Experience with Framework (or similar estimating software)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of residential building, construction, or production estimating (advantageous)
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred)
